Marianne Settnes has more than 25 years of experience within investment management, corporate governance, and financial services.

She is a member of the Executive Management and Managing Director at Maj Invest. Since joining the firm in 2004, she has been involved in the development of the business, new initiatives, and strategic development across the group.

Marianne has a background as an attorney at a leading Danish law firm and with the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Alongside her executive role, Marianne holds board and advisory positions. She is Chairperson of Female Invest Inc., Female Invest ApS and Boardmeter ApS, and serves on the Board of Directors of Maj Bank. Her work focuses on governance in the financial industry, strategy, business development, and investment management.

As a member of SelectionF's Advisory Board, Marianne aims to contribute experience from both the investment industry and board work, bringing perspectives from investing, business development, and board leadership.
