Satu is an experienced CEO and Board Professional with a 25+ year track record of turning companies around and driving growth. Her working experience comes from IT, Digital, Marketing, Market research, analytics and data industries at Microsoft, DoubleClick, 24/7 Media, SEK and Kantar. 

Satu has a very strong understanding of daily business operations, operational efficiency and profit-driven strategies and offerings across different businesses. She is passion about business transformation, change management and commercial efficiency through customer experience, sales and thought leadership. Satu believes in growth mindset, purposeful collaboration and promoting the success of others. 

Satu is currently a board member of LähiTapiola PKS, Meedius International Oy and Kantar Finland Oy and has previously served on the boards of Tosibox Oy, EK- Confederation of Finnish Industries, Palta - Service Sector Employers and Stonesoft Corporation.
