Throughout his career, he has led multiple (interim) projects, demonstrating his ability to lead and manage a corporate recruitment function and also execute and deliver complex search assignments, tailored to both internal needs and client specifications. Lennard's experience includes placing and hiring candidates throughout the hierarchy, from (senior) specialist functions up to C-level management positions, across different industries and geographies. Known as a natural connector, Lennard is valued for his ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration. Lennard is ICF accredited Inner Life Skills (ILS) professional coach since 2020.
